Loan Application

You can download and print this loan application. Tellers can confirm the amount you can borrow based on your income. You can bring this application into our office to apply.

You can also mail the application to us. If you return the application by mail you must sign the paperwork prior to a check being issued if the loan is approved.

All applications must be accompanied by proof of ALL sources of income and proof of rent or a mortgage being paid.

The application CANNOT be completed and returned online.

Fort Dix Federal Credit Union offers a wide variety of loan products for different needs. These products include:

• New and Used Auto Loans - Purchase a brand-new auto or one that’s five years old and we’ll help you drive away in your new/used car.
• Signature/Personal Loan - Upon approved credit, we offer signature/personal loans to members who are in good credit standing with the credit union.
• Promotional Loans - At least twice a year the credit union offers promotional loans as well as an Auto Loan promotion – Spring and Winter.

All of our loan rates and terms are based on the applicant’s creditworthiness and debt to income ratio as well as other factors. Print a loan application from our website, fill it out and fax, email, or mail it along with two current statements of income. You can also call the credit union and ask to have an application mailed to you or come into the office to complete one. Auto Loans

For new or used vehicles. We can help you finance your next car or refinance an existing auto loan to try to lower your monthly payment.

Personal Loans

Get the money for what you need. Personal loans can be used for a variety of purposes. You can use a personal loan to consolidate existing debt or finance a new purchase or project.
